You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with details of how to book an online meeting with me – this is done via Google Meet
- 9Have a chat
During our meeting we will get to know each other, chat about your goals and how we plan to achieve them together, and answer any questions you may have about our program
- 9Get set up
Once we have decided on our plan going forward, I will send you a questionnaire to fill in, in order to get you set up on our system and create plans that are best suited to you personally!
