“Working with Dave over the past 90 days has truly been amazing! The diets that have been set out are simple and easy to follow. You do not spend hours on end prepping in the kitchen. There is a vast variety of food which keeps it interesting and you look forward to every meal. Dave is very conscious about your likes and dislikes. I barely ate any Tuna.

Training is fun and dynamic which is also motivating to keep going to gym. Some days are metabolic circuits while others focus purely on muscle groups. It is also highly motivating when you start seeing your body changing so quickly.
